The Best Roller Coasters at Disneyland
If you’re anything like me and my family, you love a great roller coaster. In this post we’re breaking down the best roller coasters at Disneyland and why you don’t want to miss them.
Space Mountain
A thrilling ride through space - in the dark! This is one of our all-time favorites and we NEVER miss a chance to go on it. You’ll feel like you’re zooming through space with all its twists and turns. Plus, be on the lookout for when they overlay this ride with Star Wars theming and you’ll get the added bonus of Hyperspace Mountain!
Incredicoaster
We must say, we have an incredible time on this ride. You’ll get to zoom around with Dash, Violet, and their parents as they try to wrangle Jack-Jack. Fun fact - this is the fastest attraction at Disneyland!
Guardians of the Galaxy Mission: BREAKOUT!
Okay, so this one is more so a drop than a full-on roller coaster, but it made the list because it’s truly awesome! When you get on you will feel like you’ve been transported to another planet full of exciting new creatures and…some prisoners. You will get to go along for the ride as the Guardians of the Galaxy escape their captors and listen to great music as they do it!
Big Thunder Mountain
A classic that is fantastic. Be prepared to hop aboard your train and buckle up for “the Wildest Ride in the Wilderness.” This is one of our all-time favorites and our kids can’t get enough of it! Spot creatures as you ride around the tracks and even a dinosaur skeleton!
Matterhorn Bobsleds
Speed around a mountain on your bobsled and see if there’s more to the Abominable Snowman than just a myth! This ride features 2 tracks. The tracks are very similar - one faces Fantasyland and the other faces Tomorrowland. We like to try to ride both sides and have our family members pick their favorite!
